What advice would you give to insurance
companies aspiring to develop enterprise-wide data
analytics programs to drive new business value?

Our advice would be to identify a couple of high value-
low-effort use cases for data analytics solutions and to focus on them to start building capabilities and processes. The idea would be to rapidly iterate different approaches until a balanced optimum are reached for the company.
